Interview is a two way communication between two parties. Most of the participants face some interview symptoms while attending interview. But an interviewer is also a person who is performing his functions in a right way. Your weakness should be positive for your organization and it should create positive opinion on you. You can also explain it by how could you reach your targets with your weaknesses.

Do research about the company and collect information before going for interview. You can explain some facts like company position in the market and the ranks and awards received. You can also mention if any survey results have found.
- Tell me about your hobbies and interests?
Connect you answer with the area of your work related. Be wise and convince the interviewer with your answers.
- Why should we hire you?
Explain the interviewer that how will you add value to the company. Also explain that how you will use experiences and knowledge will benefit the company.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Your answer should be more futuristic and explain them that you will update your skills and reach more responsible position in future.
- How will you deal with criticism?
If you receive any constructive criticism, you will face it with positive opinion. If you find that criticism is no way related then it you will put a full stop with your maturity.
