Yahoo is planning to buy YouTube content provider Fullscreen: Report

Yahoo is expanding its plans to reach younger generation by acquiring the company named Fullscreen which is creating 3 billion monthly views on Google’s video streaming service. Internet giant Yahoo has put in a bid of around $250 million to buy Fullscreen, a company which creates content for YouTube channels, Britain’s Sky News reported. At present yahoo is facing stiff competition from its competitors. Fullscreen Company was established in the year 2011 by George Strompolos who was a former Google executive.
