Warner Brothers, the fabled Hollywood studios, plans to eliminate as many as 1,000 jobs, which would be more than 10 percent of its work force. “There is no head count target or percentage reduction target said by the executive of Warner brothers. He also stated that it is a matter of budget issue and not the matter of head count or manpower issue. To reduce the costs and resource costs there is a need to decrease the manpower for higher growth of businesses.
