Talent hunt in the UAE is challenging when it comes to hire workers from Asian countries. Talent crunch has become a great issue for recruiters because of mismatched skills, others point to higher salary expectations of applicants. On the other side companies are still facing manpower crunch hire for middle management positions, while 44 per cent struggle to attract Asian talent. According to the sources salary is the main reason for candidates to turn down a job opportunity.
