Times are changing and many companies are providing flexible work options like work from home to encourage women to play active role in their jobs. But women are leaving their jobs in middle due to family responsibility, kids and health reasons.
Pay gap: Recent salary trend report revealed that there is a considerable gap between male and females pay structure. Even many companies also stated that they don’t have women leaders in their companies and need of enough women in tech and leadership roles. There is a need of hire and mentor the women executives to ensure they are building an ecosystem that is conducive for women to thrive.
