This model implies that working 11 hours a day and 4 days off in a week. They are expecting that employee productivity can be improved by working more hours in a day and spreading the same to the number of days. The idea of 11-hour work days is like sprint running or a 100-meter dash and therefore the model will only suit some industries or jobs.
