Recent survey by LinkedIn mentioned that jobseekers in UAE and other parts of Mideast have to face a number of obstacles when dealing with potential employers. Over one third of applicants in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) don’t get response when they submit their job application.
Once they get feedback and called for an interview then it is bit challenging to compensate for a better salary and role. The reason might be expected that many companies are not willing to o communicate with applicants during the hiring process, survey said. Transparency is the biggest reason for the jobseeker’s dissatisfaction in the region. The survey also found that only half of the candidates were satisfied with their recent application experience.
