Tech industry not on path of fix diversity problem: Facebook COO

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook's chief operating officer, wants to change the diversity. But the tech industry isn't even close to making that happen. "I also want to be clear that we are not on the path to get there. In tech, if women are 18% of the graduates, we are not getting to 50% of the jobs. We have got to change that." Says facebook COO. At present facebook  have 62 percent of males and 38 percent of female employees as their employees. At the same time Google have 30 percent of male employees and 70 percent of female employees in their workforce.
