Social media changes face of general elections 2014

The impact of social media has been created a great impact on present Indian elections 2014 and results may go to known after May 16 and all the three major players have seen substantial increase in their India traffic and usage. The three American social media giants – Facebook, Twitter and Google – have emerged as a major player in the ongoing general elections in India. As of now facebook has 100 million users now in US and other countries and twitter has double users than of it. Earlier only few politicians’ use Twitter and social media accounts and now all major political parties are using social media accounts to campaign in elections.
