India’s IT sector which has become a benchmark for the whole world with its rapid growth and development has given roots to other companies from outside for business opportunities. This has given rise to better employment for the graduates in India who possess qualified skills and talent.

At present trend there is a huge demand-supply in corporate recruitment and this has been widening day by day with availability of skilled workers and employers. It was not like that in nascent years of the IT sector, this is due to lack of knowledge and disconnect between the industry and candidate. But now with the rapid change in the technology globally, the Indian IT sector is undergoing a significant change or transformation. Thus the information technology has started to embrace technologies such as automation, cloud, digital and analytics among others.

This has given rise to sharp shift in the IT business which is fixed at around $146 billion, as many clients are demanding different kinds of skill sets as compared to the past. With the advent of digital technology the IT industry is also reshaping with new advancements and giving the customers to the full potential to make their best.
As it was mentioned above that latest trends introduced to the IT sector in recruiting the candidates, it depends upon the skill and talent of the individual who comes from different background. We have seen that during the past years of IT sector the candidates employing from mechanical, civil electrical engineering and science graduates as software engineers for handling various projects. So, it is said that candidates having good talent and right aptitude can be trained and taught different skills.

Major IT service companies such as TATA Consultancy services, Infosys and Wipro among others have initiated various programmes to up skill their workforce. Due to tremendous innovation taking place in the recruiting market companies are searching for the right candidate.
