While career growth and advancement is the biggest motivator to look for jobs elsewhere, more than 50% want more money and yet others, better learning and development opportunities. The other interesting fact is that they are considering flexible options and career growth options rather than monetary benefits. Attractive pay packages and other benefits of competitors also have been attracting Indian employees. 64% of Indian employees stayed in their jobs due to growth opportunities and good work life balance.
