Recent study mentioned that over half of the candidates fumble during job interviews and not even answer some elementary questions. The survey mentioned that over half of the candidates called for an interview come unprepared. Over 53 percent of job candidates skipped the best job interview questions was explaining current job responsibilities. While 20 percent of the candidates skipped when asked to explain how they are the best fit for the job with the company, while 18 per cent said candidates mess up when asked to explain their skill sets. Over 78 per cent of IT, telecom, ITeS and dotcom employers and 65 per cent of automobile sector employers mentioned that candidates make mistakes in interviews.
