According to the recent survey, more than 50% of the millennial workforce expected to leave their current employers within the next two years. It was predicted that the number increased to 76% when the timeframe was extended to 2020. The survey findings are based on the views of nearly 7,700 Millennial representing 29 countries. Over 70% felt that they are overlooked for promotions and nearly 60% felt that their leadership skills are not developed, 95% felt that business performance should be measured beyond financial performance. The survey findings reveal that top five reasons to work for an organization will be opportunities to get leadership roles, work life balance, good quality of organization’s products, flexible working hours and training programmes.
