Because of windows phone failure in creating market share of Google’s Android and Apple’s iOS in the last four years it is waiving it license fee and planning to offer for free for two phone makers. At the meet of Mobile World Congress, Microsoft announced that two phone makers exclusively from India that they are Lava and Karbon will produce device sin coming months. “If Microsoft has decided to waive the license fee for Windows Phone, it is great news for local phone makers. Local phone makers are comfortable with Android. They are still not sure of the appeal of Windows Phone. If the OS is free to use, they will feel more confident while experimenting with it in the market,” said by a senior market analyst.
