Nearly 55 percent of Indian professionals define this state as passive liking. Experts suggest that, recruiters need to focus on their hiring strategies also concentrate on their brand strategies to retain and hire top talent. About 95 percent of the surveyed candidates opined that they are interested to know the interview feedback and a candidate’s interview experience plays an important role in converting candidates into hires. It also helps to promote the overall brand of a company.
