More than half of Indian companies losing staff to startups

Nearly 800 Indian startup companies are offering services across areas such as such as e-commerce, digital advertising, big data, analytics, cloud computing, hardware, education, and healthcare. Even the jobseekers prefer startup companies for better career opportunities regardless of the risk involved. Recent study findings stated that nearly 62 percent people felt startup culture was a challenge and 28 percent cited budget constraints and 23 percent felt that brand recognition as an issue. Some other interesting facts were it was difficult to align with organization vision and it is also difficult for the employers to find right skills. The study was conducted among 250 entrepreneurs across sectors, all of them founders or co-founders.
