Millennial are researching about the company before they accept offer. A recent study found that nearly 46% jobseekers do a thorough research before committing themselves to a job, while 38% respondents said they research into the company extensively before applying for a job. They are using different platforms such as Internet, social media forums, peer feedback and company rating platforms as part of their job search. Job seekers are more focused on their career trajectory than simply their next job or just a higher salary. The study also mentioned that 40% jobseekers feel that a confusing job description gives them a negative perception of the company, thus stopping them from proceeding further with the application.
