Over 30% respondents mentioned that not having salary benchmark is a big challenge, 20% mentioned recruitment process management and 18% mentioned lack of qualified applicants as a big challenge. The other facts are 16% mentioned as applying too many candidates, 10% mentioned inadequate recruitment budget as the biggest challenge.
Over 5% mentioned as inadequate recruitment staff and job offers getting rejected. Among them, 34% feel that able to highlight the job vacancy in visible location would make hiring easier, 10% opined that filtering the candidates by various settings may make hiring easier.
Meanwhile, 48% of recruiters feel finding senior level managers is extremely difficult. To overcome this, 85% of employers feel that it is important to research market salaries before offering job offer to the candidates.
