Intelligence here means your common sense and the practical ability to solve problems, get the job done, some leadership qualities etc. Ask some interesting questions about the job and company and employer should feel in a way that you are most interested for the job.
► Leadership: Leadership is also an important quality which an employer looking for. A candidate should be ready to take up the responsibility and be accountable for the jobs they have offered. They should take the responsibilities voluntarily and guide the team members and co workers and ready to volunteer for the upcoming challenges.
► Integrity: This is also the most important thing which an employer looking for in a candidate. Integrity means being loyal and being able to accept our strengths and weaknesses. But don’t criticize your previous employers and work hard on above grounds.
