Job market in the New Year is expected to add more than 10 lakh employees to their payrolls and fat pay cheques in the range of 10-30 per cent for right talent in 2016. HR experts and headhunters expected that 2015 saw an upward graph ion hiring activities and same likely to continue in 2016 with favourable economic growth across sectors including retail, finance and technology. Meanwhile, many sectors have opened door for foreign investments including in the manufacturing sector. The salary hikes also expected to rise at double digit this year. E-commerce sector also have number of jobs this year to the potential candidates.
