Recent survey found that hiring activities grew by 4% in September and also demand for key personnel in the infrastructure industry and across tier-II cities. The survey mentioned that infrastructure sector was the top employment generator in September, 2015 with 10% rise in hiring across locations of tier-II cities. The government initiative to create 100 smart cities generated rise in demand for key personnel in the infrastructure industry, and across tier-II cities. Along with IT and telecom sectors also witnessed an average 6% rise in demand during the month. The sectors such as travel & hospitality industry also witnessed a 5% rise in demand and the BFSI sector that saw a 4% uptrend. Candidates with 10-20 years of experience saw 4% rise in demand, but demand for candidates with over 20 years of experience has seen a 9% drop.
