The professional resumes only get shortlisted in screening and create the best impression and unprofessional resumes will spoil the entire hiring process. There are many reasons for not getting shortlisted and the main reason is that your resume might be unprofessional. Have a professional resume ,if you observe below notes it may clarify you that the main reasons for looking your CV unprofessional:

► Email ID given in your CV: Many people provide an emailed which is very unprofessional and it is important to change that. Try to have a resume with different variation in first name and second name. It is little bit difficult to show variation that many people will have same names in their mail ids and make it different by adding digits to your email. Create new mail ids and add to your profile if you feel that your email is unprofessional.

► Check once the text included: If your CV is overwhelmed with information or filled with complete text then it will not going to be the best thing for you. Frame the information in bullets and rearrange the sentences in paragraphs. Ensure that you have a suitable resume format and your resume is formatted well and concise.

► Proofread your CV: It is common that your CV may have some type errors that may happen while typing. Make sure you avoid types and get a friend to proofread the resume for you. Misspellings and punctuations are not the reasons for spoiling your job opportunities. Check once the dates you have included in your resume.

► Personal life mentioned in your CV: It is very important that never mention your caste, religion or marital status in your resume. Your job history and experience should support your candidature and not because you belong to a particular community.
