Indians ahead of Germans, Japanese in balancing work and life

According to the recent survey, Indians are ahead of German and Japanese in handling work-life balance. Nearly 9700 employees were participated in the survey and mentioned that 34% of Indians found managing work, family and personal responsibilities difficult, as compared with 49 per cent in Germany, 44 per cent in Japan, and 37 per cent in the UK. The interesting facts for quitting the jobs of millennial are noted as lack of opportunity for advancement (78 per cent), a work environment that doesn’t encourage teamwork (77 per cent), and excessive overtime hours (77 per cent. Long working hours have adverse effect on managers in India.
