According to a study Indian workers are likely to see highest wage hike in last three years as compared to 2.1 per cent last year and 0.2 per cent in 2014. The salary forecast for the year was 10.5 percent in 2015 and estimated to be 10.3 percent in 2016. The highest salary expected to be in Asia and also expected to be high in three years. It was also found that companies are more focused than ever before on flexibility. They are adopting strategies to retain top talent and reduce attrition rate. Globally, the highest real wage growth will be in Asia followed by Vietnam (7.3 per cent), China (6.3 per cent) and Thailand (6.1 per cent).
