The perks are glamorous and given more judiciously to drive performance and recognition for people who have gone beyond expectations or have multitasked in 2014. The perks include iPhones, cars, first-time bonus, scholarships to Harvard,Belgian chocolates for the children, international holidays, ‘thank you’ notes from the CEO and more than 100% bonuses are offering to top performers in 2015. Part of this strategy 3000 employees of Infosys received iphones, HCL offered Mercedes A180 CDI and international holidays for friends and family. SAP offered holidays, hobby classes, family outings and adventure sports.
