India Inc plans to increase budgets for employer branding this year: Study

According to the new study Decoding Hiring Trends in India 2015 mentioned that, nearly 60 percent of the firms are increasing their budgets for employer branding. They are also allocating budget to leverage social media to attract top talent. Nearly 95 organizations were participated in this survey to know about how India Inc attracts and retains talent across diverse backgrounds. Nearly, 70% organizations have indicated an increase in hiring volumes and 60% positions will be hired for growth indicating creation of new job openings and an overall positive hiring sentiment. Building employer brand, social media and online assessments will be the top priorities for the coming year.
