iGate provides full-spectrum consulting, technology and business process outsourcing, and product & engineering solutions. iGate focuses on various services includes application development and management, verification & validation, enterprise application solutions, infrastructure management, customer interaction services & business process outsourcing, product & engineering solutions, and business & technology consulting.
It has planned to allocate $900 million revenues over the next five years from iTOPS (integrated Technology and Operations) business that will be the key growth driver for it in the coming years. This IT Company is looking at $3 billion revenues at the end of 2017.
iGate’s official Murthy said “We are seeing increased acceptance of our outcome based model among both existing customers as well as the prospects that we are talking to. Currently, about 10 per cent of our business comes from outcomes based model. We would like this to go up to 30 per cent in five years.” iGate is targeted to achieve remarkable growth with focus on long term projects. He also said “We are currently in the midst of two such large $100-million-plus deals and our target is to see a closure on at least one of these two deals this year”. Even they are planning their strategies as they would be the best earnings company in the industry in five years. Their present employee strength is 27,000 and they are planning to add 3000 more for this year in addition to the present manpower.
