Job satisfaction is depends on the individual performance at their job roles and assigned tasks. WE can apply this attitude to this generation job aspirants as a bridge to maintain workforce. This segment is impatient, unconventional and prefers risks over rewards. Many management graduates are exploring new ways and seeking to enter in to new profile to explore themselves with experiments and execute them in an innovative way. They are very much interested to learn new challenges and invite new business ideas on new technologies. They respond with more energy levels and challenging assignments with high degree of execution. Earlier day’s people use to give more preference to their job role and responsibilities. Gone are those days and people are more alert to the job roles and responsibilities they have been offered rather than the job designation.
They are more challenging to create impact in their job and visibility among the group. Many management trainees are offered with the profile in campus selection will makes a choice of candidates rather than the company. In-fact, a lot of FMCG majors engage management trainees by assigning them early ownership and responsibility for driving business. If they are assigned with field sales they will be given with a target to complete it in given period with expected sales. They don’t seem to enjoy the classroom training program as much as they enjoy on-the-job training, which gives them real time practical exposure.
