Background information about company: Since how many years the company has been running business and what are the changes have been taken place and what kind of works it will do and where it is located and what kind of requirements it will have?

About the job description: What kind of skills and knowledge required for this position and how will your skills match with your position and what is the location of the present job vacancy.

Corporate culture at company: Know about dress code, work hours, amount of travel required, etc.
Maintain eye contact while taking interview and use non-verbal cues to acknowledge that you are listening to them.
