Global recruitment firms are conducting in-depth analysis to map women leaders. This has become necessary as companies are determined to fill certain leadership posts with women. Many executive firms are appointing women candidates for the key posts in their organizations. Club today is another movement which introduced by egon Zehnder which recruits 30 percent of the candidates on gender basis. When we are doing search work, we say 30% of candidates on the list will be gender diverse candidates. We are not saying that they need to be hired. We are making sure we make enough candidates visible to our clients says a firm executive.
