Hewlett-Packard may cut another 16,000 jobs

Hewlett-Packard is planning to cut 11000 to 16000 jobs by this October with the plans to double the manpower digits. In May 2012 it was done 34000 job cuts and under the leadership of the CEO Meg Whitman HP reduced 27,000 jobs. When the program was first announced, the company had nearly 350,000 employees. As of October, it had 317,500.Meg whitmen says that “I would say I’m feeling more confident because we have seen a stabilization of revenue,”.
