Hewlett Packard banglore may cut 800 employees

Hewlett Packard (HP) has started terminating its Bangalore employees of nearly 800 members who will eventually lose their jobs. This process was started when HP’s IT services section lost the Bank of America account to HCL technologies. The terminated employees will be of level 1, 2 and 3 and part of support team. “Letters started going from Monday onwards and started mainly with the support group, and they will probably be given one month’s notice period: said by HP official. Even some other major contracts of top companies are also in the stage of renewal with HP.
