Google to train 2 million Indian developers on Android

Google launched a program named The Android Skilling to train 2 million developers in India for its Android platform. This program will be accessible free of cost through the government’s National Skill Development Corporation of India. This program was specially designed to train the students across public and private universities and training schools. However India is expected to have the largest developer population with 4 million people by 2018, overtaking the US, but only a quarter are building for mobile. The main objective of this program is to make India a global leader in mobile development.
