Getting the right person for the right job is key to maximising efficiency

Companies felt that there was a mismatch between a person’s competence and his job. Some people are exceptionally good at working in a team, while others are not. While some enjoy working in a shared capacity, others are more comfortable working alone . When a person is hired as per his/her experince and qualifictaions then there will be some expectations in assigning works to them. Qualifications are essential, of course, but knowing whether the temperament is suited for the job is just as important.
