Genpact is hiring women employees who have taken mid career break for any reason. The programme is launched as Career 2.0 to hire the qualified women who have great experience in top MNCs. The programme estimated that nearly 15 lakh women in India had taken a mid-career break for some reason or the other. Genpact is encouraging the women employees by offering flexible, customized workdays to refresh their career. Gnepact targeted to hire 30-50 mid-to-senior-level women across functional areas and roles this year. “Some want to work half-a-day, some can’t work late in the evening. We want to offer flexibility to this set of super talented women said Genpact president.
