India’s e-commerce portal Flipkart is looking to generate over 20 lakh jobs in FY2015. Sixty percent of the new hires will be working in the logistics and warehousing sector. Last year they’ve created nearly 70000jobs to look after the supporting areas like merchandizing, buying, packaging and cataloging. Flipkart has mentioned that it will create nearly 2 million jobs by this year end. Enormous development e-commerce sector has been creating millions of jobs in Tier II and Tier III cities. It has been also offering SME training program to the potential candidates to upgrade their skills.
