Many startup companies and leading firm are offering their stocks to fresh graduates in other engineering and B-School campuses across the country to attract the best talent. InMobi, a mobile advertising company offered stock options to the candidates as part of the pay package. They recruited top talent from IITs, BITS Pilani, VIT, PESIT, XLRI and other institutions this year. Some companies are offering shares for the candidates from ISB or NITs. For others, they wait and watch for six months to a year before offering them options. The India Skills Report 2015 mentioned that attracting differentiated talent is becoming a major focus area for companies. Innovative e-commerce and product companies, including successful startups, are constantly on the lookout for young professionals with the right skills.
