To attract the top level IT executive’s e-commerce firms are offering big fat pays along with stock options to lure professionals from different sectors like IT, telecom, consumer goods and retail sector. Senior professionals are aware of the advantage of stock options and retaining with companies for long term career. Last year Snapdeal offered stock options to 1300 employees and it was doubled this year.
