Today most of the employees prefer more take home salary than the benefits offered by the company. According to the latest compensation and benefit survey employees to re-evaluate priorities on how they are compensated for their work. They want to get more money as direct take home and even they don’t prefer to get PF or superannuation benefit. The survey indicates that employees want to get customized pay as per their job level and their experience. Employees prefer more cash in hand than the benefits like Provident Fund (PF), superannuation, company provided accommodation, Leave Travel Allowance (LTA), and loans.
