A recent survey explores that most of the employees are leaving their jobs due to fewer salaries. Nearly 32 per cent of the employees left their previous jobs because of low salary and unsatisfactory work culture is another key reason for leaving a job revealed by a survey. Some of the employees left their jobs due to bad managers. But the major fact for leaving their jobs is salary package. This survey also indicates that attrition rate is high in organizations in the IT; Oil & Gas and Construction sectors are ranked highest in terms of compensation offered. Sectors like BFSI and Consumer Durables/FMCG industry have good work place culture.
