The survey mentioned that a typical professional will have nearly 150 contacts including family, friends, ex-colleagues, clients, vendors etc. These connections will lead to networking to look for new job openings.
Job portals: More than 27% professionals found jobs through these job portals. Online job portals offer huge access to job openings across industries, functions, levels and geographies at a single click away.
