You have much experience in your field and you don’t know that how to project your experience to the prospective employers. ► Highlight your professional experience: You should know one thing that your professional experience will add value to your profile and attracts prospective employer in a positive mode. The thing experience only counts and not other things like your academic qualifications and scores you have gained. Professional experience includes the things related to the job and qualification. Add related experience matching the job which you are applying for.
► Present in brief: Employers usually don’t have time to read long long resumes with detailed descriptions you have provided. Just mention your experience and don’t mention that where it has implied to do that particular job. Mention most related company and list out the responsibilities in a proper way. Dates of joining and relieving are most important in screening of a profile. You can also mention the solution for each problem you come up.
► Add does it yourself projects incase if you don’t have any: It is common that most of the students don’t get any internships and projects due to some reasons. If you are come across this situation then mention the projects done by yourself. If you are applying for a technical position and with tech experience then add design process of gathering requirements, block diagramming and prototyping and also project yourself as a self-motivated person and are passionate about work.
