The rise in revenue growth demands companies poach senior partners, executives from competition with hefty salary jumps. More than 20 partners along with their teams of about 150 professionals have either joined competition or are actively involved in negotiations. While poaching is more the companies like EY, PwC, Deloitte and KPMG ├óÔé¼ÔÇØ but other firms like BDO, Grant Thornton and Baker Tilly are looking for new partners joining and old ones leaving. Many people are getting an offer to join competitive firms with hefty pay cheques or some of them may settle with a renegotiation of their salary and role in their current organization. Among them, some consultancies are offering anywhere between 20% and 50% jump in salaries.
