Companies look at new age tools for employee assessment

Global companies like Microsoft, Adobe and Infosys are adapting new age tools to rate their employees and which are known as a difficult task. Performance rating will evolve in the next 1-2 years. At present the industry need such kind of tools that take into account individual contribution rather than just relative performance. Internet companies Google, Twitter and LinkedIn do not use the old tools and recent Indian start-ups have taken a leaf out of their book.
