Career decisions vary across geography, generation

According to the latest study career decisions and immediate job switching strongly connected with market location, job seeker age and preferences. The study mentioned that a person’s job role makes difference in different markets as high as 76 per cent in the UK, it is as low as 31 per cent in markets like Mexico and China. The study found that job-seekers in China consider company reputation highly while Mexico shows very little preference towards industry. Job seekers in both countries use social media as the top platform to research their potential workplaces much more than developed markets.
