When you see a job advertisement it shows many buzzwords like team players and problem solvers. HR considers these words as the WORST terms which are not encouraged to add on your resume. Every job candidate wanted to be a team player and problem solver when the situation arise but those terms rarely show how unique we are compared to another candidate.
Recent survey revealed that below words are considered as worst by 2200 hiring managers and they never liked to see on job applicants resume. It’s very hard to standout among the crowd with equally qualified job applicants in the job market. You can mention the soft skills which employers looking for but wait until the employer discuss about the same.
