Exercise regularly: Make a habit of doing some kind of executrices regularly. It doesn’t required to be daily but be consistent like every day, 2 times a week, 4 times and a week as per your convenient. Morning is the best time to do exercise but determine the best convenient time for you.

Drink more water: It is known fact that 60% of our body is composed of water. Dehydrating the body will collapse the functioning of all systems. Water is essential for the proper circulation of nutrients in the body.

Be social: Having friends is the most important activity for long life. Studies suggest that having friends will enhance your long term health. So, increase your health without drastic changes by spending time with your more active and healthier friends.

Prefer to go by walk: Prefer your meetings while walking and also prefer phone meetings which don’t require being in front of a computer. It will refresh you and at the same time you will finish your work also. Carry a small notebook so you can track important notes from face-to-face meetings, too.

Eat more vegetables and fruits: Switch to the vegetation food which digests easily than non-vegetarian food. By taking up on vegetables for snacks and eating a plant-based diet more often also optimize your output. Avoid carbohydrate rich foods like pasta, bread, potatoes and, cereals.

Yoga and meditation: Yoga and meditation are the effective tools to manage your personal and professional stresses. Practice yoga at least once in a week to stay healthy and happy.

Cut down coffee consumption: Drinking lots of caffeine is not at all good for health. Make sure that your coffee consumption is at moderate amount.
