At Toyota, humans take place of machines in plants across Japan

Toyota is replacing humans have taken over from robots in thwacking glowing lumps of metal into crankshafts. Toyota president Mitsuru Kawai says that “We need to become more solid and get back to basics, to sharpen our manual skills and further develop them,. They are following next generation methods by replacing humans with robots in major plants of Japan and providing a chance to workers to improve their skills and find out the new ways to increase the production lines and the car building process.
