Indian mobile network operator Aircel is looking to hire about 1000 people this year to expand its network and retail operations. Aircel is also looking to retain the existing employees and sourcing talent by allowing them to complete graduate courses while working. It plans to hire plans to hire 30 management trainees, more than 50 graduate engineer trainees and 14 chartered accountants. Over 5,000 people working across the country in niche roles.
