According to the recent survey over 60% employees think job hopping can benefit their careers, while 32% employers also claim that up to 5% hires in 2015 comprised of job hoppers. Among them 65% changes jobs every year and 35% changes job once in two years. More than half of the employers claimed that they hired a job hopper and 46% employers cited as they never hired a job hopper. The survey mentioned that employers prefer to hire a job hopper because of various reasons like diversity at work place (63%), exposure to varied sectors (34%) and must have built a powerful network (5%). On the flipside the reasons for not hiring include, lack of loyalty (48%), high attrition rate (14%) and low reliability (40%).
